Summertime always has me craving fresh, healthy foods. But sometimes I get a little sick of eating veggies and salads. Getting creative with healthy foods can sometimes feel a little complicated and daunting, but it doesnt have to be! Try keeping your snack choices simple, colourful, and fulfilling. With the new year coming up, a lot of you are probably planning to make some major lifestyle changes or begin some strict crash diets and detoxes.  Before you torture yourself, you might want to consider the fact that detoxes and strict diets have shown to be less likely to give you long lasting results!
