You are not alone in your pursuit of the perfect winter activity. Much of Canada has found that they either can stay home and experience cabin fever or find a way to be social in spite of the long winter.
It’s been a few weeks since I set my plans to get back into shape after the birth of my third child. To say it’s been an easy task would be a bold-faced lie. But it hasn’t been completely impossible, and I have found some amazing tools and resources to help me along the way. Fit 4 Two has been a much need dose of motivation and sanity during my hectic, and often sleep deprived, days.

It’s almost the end of January, but nowhere near the end of winter. With the Christmas fun and activities behind us, many of us are feeling trapped indoors and BORED while the stormy weather blusters outside.
The wind and rain may threaten to loom for a few more months before the sun and warmth returns to lure us outside. But that doesn’t mean that we need to stay hunkered indoors until Spring. With endless trails and unmatched natural beauty, there are hundreds of reasons to throw on your walking shoes and get some fresh air.
