Crescent Beach
On Crescent Beach, you can swim, build sandcastles or walk along the incredible pathway that runs along the beachfront. At one end of the walkway, you will find Blackie Spit Park that has nature trails, an off-leash dog park, beautiful views, and a picnic area.
Development began in the Crescent Beach area back in 1909 when the Great Northern Railway made the area accessible to the public. Today the beachfront pathway that also runs along the dikes in the area is the main draw And is a popular destination for people from all over Metro Vancouver.
