A beautifully structured Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend, this NBO (North Bench Oliver) vintage has intense aromas of black currant, cedar, sage and flint. This red is meant to be savoured and shared with loved ones and serve with grilled rib eye and goat cheese potato mash.
