It’s that time of year when local Farmer’s Markets are up and running again. At a Farmer’s Market, you can almost always find locally grown produce, seafood, meat, and poultry. Farmer’s Markets are also a great place to shop for baked goods, handmade crafts, and flowers. Kingfisher Market
They say, “The Kingfisher Market truly gives you that farm-to-table experience. Open from mid-June into the Autumnal season, this neighbourhood farm provides the opportunity to shop for fresh sustainably grown veggies, flowers, meat, cheese, bread, eggs, and honey. A Rocha Farm & Gift Shop
More than a farmer’s market, the A Rocha Farm & Gift Shop is a place for community engagement. While you’re picking up your field-fresh veggies, take a little time to browse locally and sustainably produced gift items, or enjoy a cup of freshly brewed pour-over coffee. Veggies are available Tuesday and Saturday, while the shop is also open Wednesday to Friday.
